Sharon Beck

Sharon Beck, age 86, of Clarksville, Indiana passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025. Sharon was born in New Albany, Indiana on June 7, 1938 to the late Kenneth and Ruth Hefton. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Clarksville, Indiana, an active member of the Cursillo Group, and her Bunco group of over 50 year, . Along with her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her husbands, Bobby Evans and Bill Beck; and daughters, Denise Wilson and Patti Howell.

She is survived by her children, Michael Hoffman (Paula), David Hoffman, Lori Ratanapool (Tom), Jon Beck, Bob Beck, Kathy Sandlin; brother, Jim Hefton (Dolly); 13 grandchildren including Shawn Hoffman who helped care for her, 19 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews

The family would like to thank the staff at Autumn Woods Health Campus and Southern Care Hospice, especially Kaylan and Amelia, for the love and care they gave Sharon over the past months.

A visitation for Sharon will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 East Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana 47150. A funeral service will occur Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 316 N Sherwood Ave, Clarksville, Indiana 47129.

Sharon will be laid to rest in Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville, Indiana.
