Terry Wayne Kannapel, age 69, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Friday, November 22, 2024. Terry was born in New Albany, Indiana on May 1, 1955 to the late Wilbur and Pearl Kannapel. Terry truly loved spending time with his family and friends. He was retired from Haas Cabinets in Sellersburg. His passions in life were hunting, fishing and sports. (especially watching the IU Hoosiers)
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Matthew Wayne Kannapel; two sisters, Barbara Hudson and Diana Pfiefer; and a nephew, T.J. Kannapel.
He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Rouse (Brandon); grandchildren, Blaine and Camden; two brothers, Wilbur Kannapel Jr. (Margie) and Jerry Kannapel; two sisters, Patti Thompson (Allen) and Debbie Hamilton (Ronnie); many nieces, nephews and a very special family friend, Jordan Foster.
Visitation for Terry will be held Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150. A graveside service will be Monday, December 2, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Kraft Graceland Memorial Park, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150.
