She was born in Corydon, IN. on August, 29th, 1930 to the late Claude and Mamie (Watson) Daily.
Wanda was a caring and loving wife and mother. She loved being a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband James "Jim" L. Spencer, and her son Timothy L. Spencer.
Wanda is survived by her brother James "Jim" Daily, and her granddaughter Sherri Roberts.
