Adrienne N. (Gallant) Brown, 94, of New Bedford, passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at the New Bedford Healthcare Center. She was the wife of the late Aime Angers and the late Henry “John” Brown.
Born in New Bedford, a daughter of the late Albanis and Clodemire (St. Charles) Gallant, she was a lifelong resident of the city.
Mrs. Brown enjoyed travelling, music, entertainment and trips to the casinos. She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church in New Bedford.
Survivors include her brother, Lucien Gallant of Acushnet and several nieces and a nephew. She was the sister of the late Viola, Roger and Raymond Gallant and Annette Charbonneau.
Her Funeral will be held on Thursday, September 6, 2012 at 9am in St. Mary’s Church, Tarkiln Hill Rd., New Bedford. Visitation will be held prior to the mass from 7:30-8:30am in the Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery.
