Born in Terceira Azores Portugal, a daughter of the late Alfredo Duarte and Gilberta Medeiros, she lived most of her life in New Bedford.
Mrs. Pacheco was a home maker. She loved to listen to classical music, singing Fado, listening to music and anything related to the Victorian Era. She was a gifted poetry writer and she adored looking out her windows to watch the birds. Albertina enjoyed going on rides and spending time with her beloved family.
She is survived by three children, Susana Pacheco of New Bedford, Delia Braga of E. Providence, and Dalberto Pacheco of New Bedford; two grandsons, Preston Rainho and Aaron Braga; two great grandchildren, Karyssa Lopes and Scarlette Rainho.
