Annette B. Desrosiers

Born in Acushnet, a daughter of the late Paul and Antoinette (Robitaille) Hubert she was a lifelong area resident of New Bedford and Fairhaven.

She was a member of the Long Plain Baptist Church in Acushnet.

Annette was a stay at home mom and found joy in being with her children and grandchildren. She loved working in her yard and being outdoors. Her best friends were her sisters and brothers and they interacted daily. She was madly in love with her husband of 71 years.

She is survived by her children, Violette Bobola and her husband Ronald of Lakeville, Celeste Girczyc and her husband Stanley of Cumberland, RI, Bernard Desrosiers and his wife Debbie of Lakeville, Robert Desrosiers and his wife Lisa of Hollywood, FL, James Desrosiers of Fairhaven; brothers, Paul Hubert of CT, Albert Hubert of Acushnet, George Hubert of Fairhaven; She has 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Alice Pepin, Pauline Dubois, Theresa Dubois, Florence Arcouette, Bernadette Tetrault, Robert Hubert, Marie Dawson and Janice Koska.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 8:00-9:30 am with a Funeral Service beginning at 9:30 am in the Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford. Burial will follow in Acushnet Cemetery.
