Anthony W. Dutra

Born in New Bedford, a son of the late Anthony and Augusta (Rodrigues) Dutra he was a lifelong area resident.

Athony worked as a mechanic sharing his skills with the National Guard for many years and by car sales and service with his business, Tony D’s Auto Sales. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on cars and fishing. Nothing brought him greater joy than spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Erin Dubreuil of New Bedford and Jamison Dutra; grandchildren, Alexis Cortes and her husband Nhamaa, Jacob Duval, Ava Dubreuil, and Joshua Dubreuil; and great grandchild Carter Cortes; a sister, Diane LeBeouf of Lakeville; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late, Nancy Mosher.
