Caroline struggled for many years battling alcoholism. She found Alcoholics Anonymous through her deceased sponsor “Helen” from the Vineyard. Caroline fought one day at a time, finding and depending on her “higher power” to achieve 42 plus years of sobriety. She regained her connection with her family and 2 generations have never known her to have a drink. Her message would be that if you are struggling, go to an AA meeting, find a sponsor, establish a relationship with your “higher power”, take it one day at a time, and keep going to meetings.
