Dale H. Fuller

Dale Howard Fuller, passed away on December 1st, 2021 at St. Luke’s hospital. He was born in Acushnet, MA on February 22nd, 1946 the son of the late William H. Fuller Sr. and Etta Belle (Atkinson) Fuller.

He was the loving and devoted husband to his wife of 52 years June L. (Lade) Fuller. He was the most amazing, loving and dedicated husband and father whose memory will be kept alive by his loving children Lauriann Fuller, Kendall Fuller, Jeremy Fuller, and Meredith (Fuller) Martins Leite, his grandson’s Lloyd Chumack Jr., Lucas Martins Leite, and Logan MacArthur, his daughter-in-law’s Lori (Hebert) Fuller and Kim Larose- Peets son-in-law John MacArthur and sister in law Frances Fuller. Dale was predeceased by his two brothers Carlton Fuller and William Fuller Jr. He is survived by many very special and loving extended family members.

He was a graduate of Fairhaven High School and worked as a Carpenter for the New Bedford School Department. He was a Vietnam Veteran who was honorably discharged after serving 4 years active duty as a Seaman for the United States Coast Guard, and 2 years in the U.S.C.G. Reserve on the USCGC ESCANABA (WHEC-64) New Bedford, MA.

He will truly be missed by all. For those who had the pleasure of knowing him, will forever remember his contagious smile, sociable personality, willingness to lend a helping hand and that ray of sunshine he brought as he walked into any room. To the world’s most admirable hero who we had the pleasure of calling dad/ grandpa, thank you for all you have done for us and taught us, we love you!
