Dennis F. Kelley

Dennis F. Kelley, age 77, of New Bedford passed away Saturday, September 26, 2026 at the VA Medical Center in Boston. He was the loving husband of Diana M. (Degrazia) Kelley, with whom he shared 38 years of marriage.

Born in Worcester, a son of the late Donald and Rita (Welsh) Kelley, he was a longtime resident of New Bedford.

A veteran of the United States Air Force, Dennis served during the Vietnam War and was an operations manager for Estes Trucking for many years, before retiring due to illness in 2016.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Christian Kelley and his wife Lizeth of Boston, Ethan Kelley and his wife Christina of South Carolina, and Jason Kelley and his wife Jennifer of Dartmouth; six grandchildren; and his siblings: Maureen Duke, Donald, Kelley, Timothy, Kelly, and Justin. Kelley and his wife Robin also have many nieces and nephews.

A private burial will be held at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne. Arrangements are in the care of Rock Funeral Home in New Bedford.
