Dorothy (Ouellette) Andrade, 84, of New Bedford passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018 in her home. She was the wife of the late James Andrade.

Born in Wareham, a daughter of Romeo and Helen Ouellette she graduated from Wareham High School and lived most of her life in New Bedford.

Mrs. Andrade worked as a sales associate. In her spare time, she enjoyed BINGO, knitting and making strawberry jam.

She is survived by three daughters, Susan Tolley and her husband James of E. Freetown, Gail Souza and her husband Ross of Lakeville, and Lynne Kelley and her husband Robert of S. Yarmouth; two sons, Bruce Andrade of New Bedford, and Mark Andrade of Cocoa, FL; many grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral service will be Friday, July 20, 2018 at 10am in the ROCK FUNERAL HOME, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 4-8 pm. For online tribute/directions www.rock-funeralhome.com.
