Franklin Howard Bullock, age 72, of East Freetown passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, March 26, 2013 in Kissimmee, FL after a brief illness. He was the husband of Ruth (Cornell) Bullock to whom he was married for 53 years.
Born in East Greenwich, RI, the son of the late Benjamin Bradford Bullock and Bertha (Richardson) Bullock, he resided in East Freetown for 53 years.
Howard was the owner and operator of Howard’s Auto Body for 41 years. He was a Freetown VFW Little League Coach, major supporter of FYAA Central Park Project and loved spending time with his family and horses.
Survivors in addition to his wife are his children, Donald Bradford Bullock and his wife Janet of East Freetown; Mark Benjamin Bullock and his wife Joan of East Freetown; four grandchildren, Benjamin Franklin Bullock , Samuel James Bullock, Jacob John Bullock, Ethan Bradford Bullock all of East Freetown; a sister, Gertrude Vera of Texas and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late George and Raymond Bullock.
His Funeral will be held Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 10am at Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 109 Winthrop Street, Taunton, MA. Burial will be private. Visiting hours will be held Monday from 5pm – 8pm at ROCK Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd, New Bedford , MA. Donations in his memory may be made to FYAA, PO Box 575, E.
