Janet E. Silva

Born in Rochester, a daughter of the late Leon H.F. and Cecile (Bourbeau) Charron, she resided in the south coast are all of her life.

Mrs. Silva was a graduate of Wareham High School and worked as a secretary at Aerovox until her retirement. She was a member of the Our Lady of Mt Carmel Seniors Group.

Survivors include her step-children, Mary Lou Kocur and her fiancé Moses Maciel of Fall River; David Silva of California; a brother Daniel Charron and his wife Sandra of Rochester; 5 grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Randall and Jessica Kocur and Larrisa and Julie Silva and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Leon H.F. Charron, Jr.

Her graveside service will be held Friday, November 30, 2012 at 10 am at St. John Cemetery, Allen Street, New Bedford. Visiting Hours are respectfully omitted.
