Joan Mary Tiso

A loving mother and wife, she always put her family first. She enjoyed girls trips to Maine, camping trips, shopping, and cooking for her loved ones. Her granddaughter Graciette was the light of her eyes, and she loved every moment she spent with her. She wore her title of Gigi proudly.

Her strength showed through when she won her battle with breast cancer in 2016.

She is preceded in death by her husband Stephen and her parents Ralph and Thelma Donnarumma.

She is survived by her sister Reesa Stroker, her daughter Bethany and her husband Dan Morgado, and her son Matthew and his wife Erin along with their daughter Graciette.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America, Inc., 460 South River Street, Marshfield, MA 02050.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 from 4:00-7:00pm at Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford.
