Judith Amelia Santos

Born in New Bedford, a daughter of the late Manuel and Bertha (Avila) Santos she was a lifelong area resident.

Judy was the owner of Judy’s D & D Pizza in Acushnet for many years. In her spare time, she enjoyed knitting and crocheting countless scarves and quilts. She was also an avid gamer playing on any device she could get her hands on, and Judy was a serious connoisseur of potato chips.

She is survived by her two sons, Ronald Lizotte and his wife Kim of New Bedford and Steve Lizotte and his wife Sharon of Fairhaven; four grandchildren, Amanda, Melissa, Tyler, and Tristen; and a sister, Deborah Rock. She was the grandmother of the late Steven Lizotte and sister of the late David Santos.
