

Mark C. Jupin, age 54, of New Bedford, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was the husband of Anne-Marie T. (Imbriglio) Jupin to whom he has been married for the past 35 years.
Born in New Bedford, a son of the late Francis and Grace (Chandler) Jupin, he lived in Dartmouth on Ryder Street for many years before moving to New Bedford in 1980.
A graduate of Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School, class of 1979, he loved his job working as a Night Relief Manager for Shaw’s Supermarket where he has worked for almost 30 years.
Mr. Jupin was a communicant of St. Joseph-St. Therese Church where he was a Eucharistic minister and C.C.D. teacher. A member of the Kiss Army, he was an avid sports fisherman and enjoyed playing softball and basketball. His best times were spent with his family especially his grandchildren whom he adored.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son; Matthew Jupin and his girlfriend Lori Cruise of Fairhaven, one daughter; Cherie Jupin of New Bedford, one sister; Carol Lee McAfee and her husband Tom of Fairhaven, three grandchildren; Connor and Noah Jupin and Fiona Ferreira, daughter-in-law; Amanda Jupin, mother and father-in-law; Dominic and Gloria Imbriglio of New Bedford, and many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and Godchildren.
His Funeral will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 9:00AM in the ROCK FUNERAL HOME, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM in St. Joseph-St. Therese Church, Acushnet Ave., New Bedford.
