

Born in Waltham, MA, a daughter of the late Antonio and Grazia (Cavallaro) Tomaielly she grew up in New Bedford, graduated from New Bedford Vocational High School and then worked for several years at Cameo Curtain Shop before raising her family. She was the bookkeeper for Morin & Pepin until her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Francis Xavier Church in Acushnet.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Brian Pepin and his wife Diane of Acushnet and Curtis Pepin and his wife Elizabeth of Fairhaven; her pride and joy, five grandchildren, Kimberly, Bryanne, Matthew, Colleen and Kevin Pepin; a sister, Victoria Letorney and her husband Lawrence of West Palm Beach, FL; a brother, Lawrence Tomaielly and his wife Kathleen of Bonita Springs, FL and several nieces and nephews.
Mary’s family would like to express their heart felt thanks to the staff at New Bedford Healthcare Center for the outstanding care they provided.
Her Funeral Mass will be Friday, February 6, 2015 at 10 a.m. in St. Francis Xavier Parish, 125 Main St., Acushnet. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited.
