Patricia Ann DeMilio

Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of the late Bernard F.P. Clare and Nellie (Newell) Clare. Patricia worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 30 years. She worked at the Sacred Heart Nursing Home in New Bedford. She was also an active member at St. Lawrence Church in New Bedford.

Survivors include two children, Theresa Merrick and her companion Raymond Rioux of New Bedford, David Merrick and his wife Wendy from Knoxville, TN, five grandchildren, Kerri Cummins and Amber Harrington of New Bedford, David T. Merrick and Cory Merrick of Knoxville, TN, and Morgan Merrick of Norris, TN, three great grandchildren, Chandler Cummins and Leo Cummins of New Bedford and Carson Merrick of Knoxville, TN.

Arrangements are in the care of the Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd, New Bedford. Visitation will be held Friday, April 1, 2016 from 9-10:30am immediately followed by a service in the funeral home at 10:30am. Burial is private.
