
Born in New Bedford, a daughter of the late Leo H. Caron, Sr. and Dora I. (Langlois) Caron, she had resided in New Bedford, MA for many years before moving to Manchester, NH 35 years ago.
She was a graduate of St. Anthony School in New Bedford, Salem State in NH and received her Master’s degree in Education from Notre Dame in Manchester.
She had worked as a Special Education Teacher in the Manchester school district for 43 years, retiring from The Moore Center in Manchester.
Pauline enjoyed collecting dolls, quilting, knitting, crocheting and loved reading. She loved going out and socializing with her close group of friends and the Shorty Girls.
She is survived by her niece, Paula Caron-Lecuyer and husband Michael of E. Freetown; a great-niece, Brittany Caron of Lakeville; and many cousins. She was predeceased by a brother, Leo H. Caron, Jr., a sister, Doris V. Caron and a nephew, Peter Caron.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in the Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish, 343 Tarkiln Hill Rd., New Bedford. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
