Richard C. Tremblay, 67, of W. Wareham passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2020 in St. Luke’s Hospital. Born in Newport, RI, a son of the late Richard E. and Mary C. (Ormonde) Tremblay he was a lifelong area resident. He proudly served in the United States Navy.

Mr. Tremblay was an American Legion and VFW member. He enjoyed playing guitar, singing, and had a tremendous love of music. Rick also loved to read books and his family will remember him for his superior intelligence. He was incredibly funny and a true spitfire.

He is survived by his children, Richard Tremblay of Fairhaven, Cory Tremblay of New Bedford, Lee-Ann Tremblay of Acushnet, and Chris Thatcher of Assonet; two brothers, Rodney Tremblay of Wareham and Michael Tremblay of New Bedford; ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; and one niece/godchild Toni Dawn Tremblay.
