Born in Bridgeport, CT, he was the son of the late Emile Brosseau and Catherine (McCarthy) Coelho.
Robert worked as a Correctional Officer in Bridgewater for twenty years until his retirement and was a proud veteran who served in the United States Navy. He enjoyed computer games and spending time at Foxwoods, but mostly loved shopping at Market Basket. He will be deeply missed.
In addition to his loving wife Betty, he is survived by his son, Christopher Brosseau of Acushnet.
He was the brother of the late James Brosseau.
