

A New Bedford native, Robert was the son of the late George R Morad Sr. and Florence (Attallah) Morad.
He was a graduate of New Bedford High School Class of 1978.
An entrepreneur in his own right, Robert dedicated more than 20 years of his life to the success of his business Air-N-Vac of New England, Inc. which he built from the ground up and single handedly operated.
Robert loved spending time with his family and friends, often times hosting family dinners and throwing a yearly summer party.
An avid New England sports, Green Bay Packers and NASCAR fan, he spent much of his spare time relaxing while watching the games and races.
An ASE Certified Mechanic and car enthusiast, he could frequently be spotted by the beach enjoying the sun in his 67 Stingray Corvette or racing his infamous 57 Chevy Handyman Wagon.
Known to have you laughing, no matter how inappropriate the timing, Robert will most fondly be remembered for his love of family, his quick - wit and sense of humor.
Survivors include his children,Victoria Rej Morad, Zachary Rej Morad and his fiancée David Richards; his three siblings, Linda Morad, George Morad Jr., Esq. and his wife Susan, Mark Morad and his fiancé Ruth Fortier; grandchildren Layla Rej Johnson and Rory Rej Johnson; his partner in parenthood, Sandra Rej Zak and his girlfriend Sharon Ferreira.
His funeral service will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 10:00AM at Our Lady Of Purgatory Maronite, 11 Franklin St., New Bedford, MA 02740. Everyone to meet directly at church. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. www.rock-funeralhome.com
