Rossy was always such a ray of sunshine. I always looked forward to her hugs and watching her enthusiastically dancing. She will be missed. I am thinking of all of her family and hoping the knowledge she is with her mom and dad comforts you.

My deepest sympathy to the Santos family. Rossie was a loving and funny person. She never forgot anything and she loved to dance. It didn't matter if she hadn't seen you for years, she never forgot your name, and asked about your entire family. She loved everybody and was always a pleasure to be around. May God give the family strength and comfort during this time. Remember all the good times we had in Freetown. Love and blessings. Brenda Fermino Pires
