She is survived by her son, Scott Alan Fortier and his husband, Alex Joseph Waddell. She is also survived by many extended family, especially her beloved Mali Lees.
My mother will be remembered as an outgoing, outspoken person who was a fearless protector of her beloved family and friends.
She enjoyed a happy life that included her birthplace, Southeastern Massachusetts and Duck Key, Florida.
May she find peace and may all that were touched by her spirit, find comfort and blessing in the memories they have with my mum.
