She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond Desrosiers, with whom she shared 72 wonderful years of marriage. Born in New Bedford, Theresa was the daughter of the late Wesley O. and Olga (Gomes) Reynolds.
A graduate of New Bedford High School, Theresa worked as a bookkeeper for many years. She was a woman of many interests and enjoyed knitting, camping, traveling, and square-dancing with her husband. She loved listening to oldies music and spending time with her friends playing Mahjong. Above all, family was the cornerstone of her life.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Cheryl Standish and her husband Glenn of Middleboro, and her son Bruce Raymond Desrosiers of New Bedford. She was the cherished grandmother of Jeremy Standish of New Jersey and Alexa Standish of Middleboro, and great-grandmother to Cayden, Bella, Zoe, and Hunter Standish, all of New Jersey, and Calvey Standish of Middleboro.
Theresa also leaves behind her dear sisters, Nancy Cowell of Westport and Gail De Mello of Mattapoisett. She was predeceased by her sister, Trudy Pittsley.
