She is predeceased by her parents, Ed D. Frazier and Bessie Moore; husbands, J.L. Smith and Kit Carson; brother, Edward Frazier; sister, Mary Louise Andrews and step great grandchild, Maxton Dula.
Surviving is her daughter, Susan Ireland (Jerry) of Reelsboro; grandchildren, Douglas Soltow Jr. (Lisa), Steven Soltow (Brandy), John Soltow (Karen) and Terri Southerland ( Tommy); eight great grandchildren; eight great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, July11, 2018 at Cotten Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Greenleaf Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
