Addie Bullock served the military community of Cherry Point Marine Corp Air Station for several years working in the Commissary, but her interest in healthcare jumpstarted her true career and calling. Addie began working at the New Bern Health Department helping take care of patients, many whom still remember her today. Years later she made a career move to Neuse Center for Mental Health. After retiring, she returned to the workforce and was employed at Better Connections, Inc. where she cared for patients until her health no longer permitted. Addie enjoyed her career and the contributions she made to the healthcare communities in Craven and Pitt Counties. Her favorite hobbies were crocheting and doing crossword puzzles, and she loved spending time with her family.
