She is survived by her loving fiancé, Chris Johnson; her beloved son, Colton Phillips; and her father, Alton Jarman.
Dawn will be remembered for her colorful spirit, appreciation for pretty things, and kind heart.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 11, 2017 at New Bern Memorial.
