She is survived by her three children, Michelle Miller (Mike) of Havelock, Charles Stephens (Victoria) of Brunswick, GA, and Robert Stephens (Jennifer) of Sierra Vista, AZ; seven grandchildren, Douglas, Michael, Ashley, Christopher, Anna, Kaitlin, and Makayla; brother, Jimmy Flanagan; and sister, Mary Boston.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 10:45 on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Victory Chapel Church in Havelock, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.
