He is survived by his wife, Victoria "Vicki" Watson; son, TJ Watson of Florida; daughter, Lindsay Watson Duke (Joey) of LaGrange; three grandsons, Mikey, Austin, and Kayden; brother, Steve Watson (Susan); sister-in-law, Chob Watson; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Dora Watson; sister, Janet L. Beasley; and brothers, Jay Jr., Bobby, and Terry Watson.
A Celebration of Billy's Life will be held at a later date for family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Billy requested that organ donation be a consideration.
