I have very fond memories of Bonnie from when I was little. She always had one of the most beautiful gardens on our street. I loved being able to go over and help feed the little kittens she was fostering. So sad to hear the news. I wish I could have gotten a chance to see her one more time when I went down to see my Mom in River Bend this summer. Her family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers.

It was with great sadness that I learned of Bonnie's passing. We were Kappa Delta Sorority sisters at the University of Michigan, and during that time we were also roommates in the big old house on Cambridge Street. We shared so many fun times. She went with me to get my ears pierced by a local Ann Arbor doctor, and she even bought me my first pair of earrings, which I have and use to this day. We stayed in touch over the years, and I will sincerely miss her. My condolences to the family.

So sad to hear of the passing of such a bright spirit. Living on in her zeal for life are her beautiful daughters and grandchildren. They were given something very special having been a part of Bonnie's life.

May God Bless Bonnie and hold her family in His Hands to comfort them. Bonnie was a real example of a lady. I was blest that I'm pare of the Mermaid Club that Bonnie was a long standing member. I was a new comer and Bonnie taught me a lot about strength when all around you there are challenges. Bonnie handled it so well. I will never forget her strength and wisdom. One couldn't help but to love this beautiful lady.

Although, I didn't know Bonnie really well, I found her to be an interesting and kind individual. I am a breast cancer survivor and understood her fears, concerns and hope about further
treatment for her type cancer. She now has final peace. Our condolences to the family. Nickie & Bill Henson

Bonnie was one of the most interesting, caring, loving and sharing persons that Kathleen and I have ever met. We were some of the lucky ones to have known her and have been able to spend time with her these past years. We are so sorry for your loss.
