She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Louis Frazer; her first husband, Raymond C. Kelley Sr; and her sister: Roberta Fink.
Carole is survived by her sons: Edward Kelley (wife Doris), Raymond Kelley, Robert Kelley (wife Janine) and Douglas Kelley as well as her grandchildren: Shannen Kelley, Raymond Kelley III, Robert Kelley, and Mitchell Kelley as well as her many cousins, other family members and friends.
