Charlene was born on September 10, 1937 in Louisville, Kentucky to Henry and Elsie Ensslin. She was preceded in death by sisters Eileen and Doris Jean and is survived by sister Lori and brothers Larry (Mary) and Charlie (Karen). She is also survived by children Kevin (Kathryn), Michael, Karen (Matthew), Kelly (Michael) and eight grandchildren.
Charlene enjoyed traveling, cooking, making people smile, finding bargains and being Nana to her grandchildren: Zac, Emily, Elise, Sam, Alex, Abby, Sarah and Jacqueline. Her smile, wit and charm will be greatly missed by the many friends she made in various cities and countries around the world.
