She was a member of the Christ Church Of The Valley.
She is survived by her husband Garry "Butch" Matheson; her father, Brian Torrey of New Port Richey, Fla.; two sons, Alex Castro of Birmingham, Ala. and Michael Matheson of Hampton, Va.; seven daughters, Taya Gessner, Cheryl, Neidin, Ashley and Dawn Castro, all of Peoria, Ariz., Tracy Jones of Anderson, S.C., and Jennifer Johnson of Anderson, S.C.; one brother, John Lucks of New Port Richey, Fla.; one sister, Dawn Noto of Rocky Point, N.Y.; her maternal grandmother, Caroline Egloff of Menomonee Falls, Wis.; and ten grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 26, 2012, at Cotten Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenleaf Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, February 25, 2012, at the funeral home.
