He was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church and resident of Fairfield Harbor for 25 years. He was also a U.S. Navy veteran.
He is survived by two daughters, Barbara Heneghan of Irvin, Calif. and Doreen Stillman of Homer, N.Y.; one sister, Doris Wildenberger of Norge, Va.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, 2012, at St. Andrew Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends following the service.
