David Anthony Workman, 57, of Nitro, West Virginia, died on Wednesday, January 22, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Helen Workman and father-in-law Leo Gaudette.
David is survived by his wife of 33 years, Anita Gaudette Workman; four sons, Charles Workman, Leo Workman and fiance’ Ashley Lamb, Christopher Workman, and Rocky Workman; one daughter, Katherine Workman; and one beloved grandson Tyler Workman.
He is also survived by two brothers, Charles Workman and wife, Libby and Michael Workman; two sisters, Debra Steffick and husband, William and Vickie Shamblin and husband, Dewalyne; Uncle and Aunt, JR and Lavania Hoffman; mother-in-law, Rosalie Gaudette; and close family, Joe and Joan Savilla and sons, Allen, Joseph, and Rocky.
Per his request no services will be held. He will be scattered in Oracoke at a later date.
