Dennis had a great love for fishing and anything Harley Davidson. When Dennis was not fishing, he enjoyed spending time with his wife and family.
He is survived by his loving wife of almost 8 years, Katherine Ramsey; daughter, Katherine "Bug" Belle Carter; brother, Steven Ramsey; and many loving family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ronald and Frances Ramsey; and best friend, Margaret "Magz" Carter.
A private service will be held at a later time.
