She was preceeded in death by her husband, Thomas B. Woodard of New Bern. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law Debbie and Dave Fraser of Emerald Isle. Granddaughter and husband Elizabeth & Chad Cole, great grandchildren Ryan Fraser, Parker Thomas, Maegan Kathleen & Avery Elizabeth of Fayetteville, NC. Grandson, Gordon Dudley of Bluefield, VA and grandson & wife Adam & Chelsea Fraser of Virginia Beach, VA.
The family will receive friends at Cotten Funeral Home, Tuesday, April 3rd from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Graveside service will be held at Melton/Dudley Cemetery, in Cohasset, Virginia, at a later date.
