Felicity (Lisa) Annette Moore Frazier passed away peacefully on June 28, 2024 at the age of 59 in New Bern, NC. Born in Bartow, FL on December 3, 1964, Lisa was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend. She touched the lives of many and left a lasting impact on those around her.

Lisa was a devoted homemaker, finding joy in caring for her family and her beloved Fur-babies (Bubba) and (Dixie). Her children were her most beloved and in her eyes, her greatest accomplishment. She truly adored her children.

In Lisa’s journey through life she was surrounded with loving family that meant everything to her. She is now reunited in heaven with her dear husband, Charles Frazier Sr., as well as her parents, Billy Gladstone Moore and Mary Jeanette Varnadore White.

Lisa is survived by her four children, Amanda (Scott) Ryan, Michael (Tabitha) Alligood, Misty Alligood, and Andrew (Emma) Alligood, as well as 10 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. Among those morning her loss is her stepfather, Carlton White, brother Jeffrey Dwayne Moore, and sisters Lori (Steve) Massingill, Beth (Cary) Palmer, and Amy (Mack) Shortnancy.

Lisa will be remembered for her green thumb, as she spent many hours tending to her beautiful plants and flowers which brought her great joy. She had a strong faith in God and found comfort in her spirituality. Lisa had a heart of Gold, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her kindness and compassion touched the lives of many and will never be forgotten.

Lisa will be deeply missed by all who loved and knew her. Her kind heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering love will never be forgotten. May she rest in peace.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the American Heart Association in Felicity's (Lisa’s) honor.
