Flora D Barwick

She was preceded in death by her husband William Lemuel Barwick, her parents, Charlie and Emma Wilson and a granddaughter, Dana Lea Willis.

She is survived by two daughters, Barbara B. Avery and husband Wiley of Cove City; Rebecca B. Willis and husband Charles of Ft. Barnwell; one son, Robert Barwick and wife Rhonda of Ft. Barnwell; her grandchildren, David Wiggins, Kellie W. Hawkins and husband John Carroll of Cove City; Jerrod Willis and wife Renae of Crestview, FL; Julie Willis Simpson and husband Jason of Ft. Barnwell;Lemmie Ray Barwick of San Diego, CA; and step-granddaughter, Cindy A. Mills and husband Mike of Vanceboro. She leaves behind six great-grandchildren, Katelyn Wiggins, Stephen and Leslie Hawkins, Brian, Alyssa and Gavin Willis, three step-grandchildren, Karen Mills, Casey M. White and husband Sammy Ray, Jenny Mills and two step-great great grandchildren, Parker Berg and Haley Rae White.

Her family was blessed with many wonderful hours of laughter and joyous singing. She is now singing in God’s Heavenly Choir.

Services will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Cotten Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home and at other times at 9850 Old Hwy. 70, Cove City. There will be a private graveside service the following morning.
