Mr. Locklair was a member of St. Mary’s F.W.B. Church and a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII.
He is survived by his two daughters, Sandra Edwards of Bridgeton and Delores Meadows of Colorado Springs, CO; Son, Curtis Locklair of Vanceboro; Two sister, Almenia “Al” Thomas of Atlanta, GA. and Billie Joann Eunice of Jacksonville, Fla.; eight grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00am Thursday, June 28, 2012 at Cotten Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the home of Kenny & Theresa Highsmith, 205 North 2nd Avenue, New Bern from 6:00 to 8:00pm on Wednesday, June 27, 2012.
