Frank and Carol were neighbors for many years. We enjoyed many conversations with Frank while walking our dogs. Frank rescued greyhounds and our “Cocoa” loved his “Cheyenne”. So many great memories of Frank and that neighborhood. God bless him and Carol.

My family had the pleasure of retaining Frank as our family lawyer for three generations. He was both professional and kind, taking such pride in his work and his relationships with his clients. A terrific person. Rest well.

I really enjoyed working along with Frank on the master gardener board of directors. He always had a smile and a positive attitude.
He will be sorely missed.
Condolences to Carol and family, I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

This is an uncle who will be dearly missed. Thank you for taking Anastasia to the father daughter dance and for walking me down the aisle with my father when I married Ray.

Frank will be remembered for his work (as an attorney) and as our Craven County Master Gardener Association, Inc. Treasurer at the time, who was responsible for our association acquiring nonprofit statis 501c3 (pro bono); and for his love of children--for those children that he worked with for many years, along with us other Master Gardener volunteers at St. Paul Catholic School, to instill a love of gardening and care for the earth in them. He will be sadly missed.
