Frank Joseph Minutello Jr.

Frank was a chef and owner of Sweet Peas Café in New Bern. He had a life-long love affair with cooking and golf. Nothing gave him more pleasure than preparing a meal and hosting dinner parties and playing a round of golf with his friends.

He is survived by his children; Karen Miller, Stacey Cotrufo, and Anthony Minutello, his grandchildren; Justin Seddon, Nicholas Cotrufo, Michael Cotrufo, Kyla Minutello, and Collette Minutello, his great-grandson, James Seddon, and his brother, Bob Minutello.
