George J. Bienkowski, 83, died July 24, 2011 at his residence. He was born on February 22, 1928 in Chester, PA to the late Joseph & Mary Bienkowski.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Pauline; daughters, Katherine Mikul and Mary Ann Quinn of Havelock; one sister, Hedy Gutosky; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A Requiem Mass will be celebrated by Father Greg Spencer at Annunciation Catholic Church in Havelock on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the mass at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in George’s memory to Annunciation Building Fund, 246 E. Main St., Havelock, NC 28532.
Cotten Funeral Home & Crematory is handling arrangements.
