My thought and prayers are with the family. Ginny Bobennie will be missed here at Navion

Ginny was a special person to my family.  Very special.  She was one of my mother's best friends and changed her life (and our lives!) when she helped my mother get a job at the Health Department. That started a wonderful 20-year career where she met some of her dearest and closest friends.  Ginny and Momma talked all the time, right up until my mother's death. They were devoted friends.  I'm trying to keep that legacy going by being a close friend to Ginny's son, Mark, and staying in touch with all the Register family, all of whom I love.  May God bless Ginny and hold her in the palm of his hand.

Ginny was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever known.  She always had a smile and a kind word.  I enjoyed being in Circle 7 with her.  She will be missed.

Sweet Ginny was my older cousin.  I am so thankful that all the cousins stayed close through family reunions.  I will always remember Ginny’s humor & laughter.  When I visited her at Brookdale in the last few months,  she was always content & said that the staff was taking good care of her. Mr Chris was such a blessing to her & brought her much happiness in her life.  I am thankful for the special family ties !

We knew your mom back when your dad was at WFU in 1961. Mickey was a suite mate of Len Brooks. We dated at special WFU events. Mickey was an usher in our wedding! We visited over the years and saw your mom in New Bern about 15 years ago. She was a sweet lady and we loved both your parents.  We are thankful we met them in those sweet innocent years!

Wonderful friend. Wonderful person. If I were not out of country on Wednesday, I’d be there. Thinking of family.

Ginny was truly an angel. When dad was sick with cancer, Ginny called me one day and said “Gregg, don’t worry about your mom and dad during the week, I will take care of them.” Lisa and I lived in Raleigh at the time.  She said you come home on weekends and you can cook and clean for them then.  Simply put, the good Lord sent Ginny to help me and my family. She will be in my heart forever. Say hello to mom and dad for me.  I will always be in debt to you and love you very much.

Love you all. So very sorry for this difficult time. Loved sweet Ginny. Ginny was so kind and gentle. Such a ray of sunshine.
