Glenn is preceded in death by his parents George and Luna Godwin, and a brother Brian Godwin.
He is survived by his longtime partner Judy Rucker, son, Robbie Godwin (Leslie) of Vanceboro, daughter Chastity Brown of Pollocksville, brother David Godwin (Denise) of New Bern, four grandchildren; Nicolas Godwin, Taleia Godwin, Emilee Brown, Hayleigh Brown, nephew, Brian Mathew Godwin, and a niece, Teylor Godwin.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 14, 2015 from 6-7:00pm at Cotten Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 7:00pm
