Howard was born in Harborcreek, PA to the late Edward and Agnes Maille.
He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Bettyann Maille; son Howard Maille, Jr. of Harborcreek, PA; daughter Frances Heil of Medine, NY; 8 grandchildren James Maille, Alexander, Zachary, Austin, Holly, Daniel, Hannah and Hunter Heil; 3 brothers Edward Maille of Harborcreek, PA, Bernard Maille of Shinglehouse, PA and Gerard Maille of Harborcreek, PA; and 2 sisters Margaret Specht of Conneaut, OH and Barbara Payne of Springboro, PA.
Howard is preceded in death by his brother Mark Maille.
Howard loved spending time woodworking, gardening and biking. He was a proud veteran of the Korean War.

The family will hold a memorial service in Howard’s honor in the spring.
