James Eugene Figueroa, 59, of Havelock, passed away on Thursday, October 4th, 2018 at the Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport. He served our country honorably in the United States Marine Corps, retiring with 20 years of service.
He is survived by his son, Michael Figueroa of New Bern; his mother, Celina Figueroa of New Bern; his sister, Madeline Bunch (Donald) of Vanceboro; and four grandchildren, Zoie, Mya, Logan, and Emelyn.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at Cotten Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 10th, 2018 at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville.
