He was in the National Guard from 1976 to 1980 and was a registered Nurse for 30 plus years. He enjoyed computers, cooking and fishing.
He is predeceased by parents Eugene Francis Garneau and Constance Mae Bagley Garneau
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Mary Catherine Garneau; children, Nicole Garneau of Burlington, MA, Rachel Wellman and Matthew Garneau both of New Bern, NC; sister, Rise’ Ferri of Hendersonville, NC; grandson, Alexander Michael Aaronian and his three fur babies and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
