He is survived by his wife, Teri Duckworth; his mother, Vicki Harrell (John); three children, Nathaniel Duckworth, Dylan Duckworth, and Katie-Lynn Duckworth; brother, Jason Duckworth (Beth); and father, William Duckworth.
